- Confirm the documents required at the time of booking
- Confirm if fasting is required for your blood sugar test
- Arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time
What Happens at the Appointment
- Document verification and registration at reception
- Clinical examination by Dr. Bhargav Patel, DG Shipping approved examiner (Reg. No. GUJ/AHM/02/2026)
- Blood tests — in-house NABL-standard laboratory
- Urine routine examination
- Chest X-ray — digital radiology in-house
- ECG — 12-lead (if aged 40 or above, or as advised)
- Vision and colour vision tests
- Hearing assessment
- Certificate issued upon satisfactory completion (same day)
Documents to Bring
- CDC — original and photocopy
- Valid Passport — original and photocopy
- Recent passport-size photographs (minimum 4, colour, white background)
- Previous DG Shipping medical certificate (if renewing)
- Medical records for any existing conditions
- Spectacles, contact lenses, or hearing aids if used
